All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible:

• Item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging

• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at ziowrld.corp@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized products

• Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return your original item first. Once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Conditions:

• Item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging

• Provide receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

Refunds are not offered. For approved returns under exceptions (like damaged or incorrect items), we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
